Job Description

  • Identify clients' requirements and offering the best suited project to clients.
  • Generate new sales by approaching potential clients.
  • Accomplish Monthly Targets
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay informed about industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert guidance and customer support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Oversee the sales process, especially from conversion to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, aligning them with company goals and market trends to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Analyse sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Lead sales negotiations and complex deals, leveraging your experience to secure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management on sales strategy, business development initiatives, and company expansion plans.
  • Experience with managing Sales team. If not, having willingness and ability to learn, to manage the sales team
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 4-8 years of successful experience in sales, with at least 3 years sales exp in the IT Services (International IT Sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and a manager, if required.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel, if required

Requirements
