4+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience

• 4+ years of noninternship professional software development testing experience
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including objectoriented design
• Experience designing or supporting lowmaintenance automation frameworks

The Amazon Device OS team is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to help automate next generation automation tools.

In this role you will work with architects, QA engineers, software developers and hardware engineers to enhance/implement test automation and infrastructure development for our next generation of Alexa device which will have a significant impact on our systems, our business and our customers.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop Automation test harness and automate tests using internal and open source tools & infrastructure
• Demonstrate continuous search for better and more efficient test solutions, and an instinct for continuous invention and innovation.
• Have the opportunity to propose improvements to our automation/infrastructure and automated tools in order to improve the team's speed, quality, reliablity and efficiency.
• Be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. You will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fun, fastpaced dynamic team environment
