- *Your responsibilities would include*_

• Identify and create automation tests for products and platforms.
• Write scalable automation code and integrate in CI pipelines.
• Own complex enough automation pieces and modules of the project.

- *On a typical day you would*_

• Take the project ahead on the technical goals.
• Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
• Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.

- *About your work and team*_

You will work in a team of senior and junior Developers, helped by a Scrum Master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards quarterly (rolling to annual) targets of the business for the Product and Business owners.

The offshore and onshore Software Architects will help you and the team align your suggestions on the technical architectures you propose.

You will report to the Team Lead Automation Testing Web for regular professional growth.
- *You are eligible for this role if you are*_

• Graduate or above in CS or other Engineering/Computing streams.
• 3+ years of experience in web automation testing and development.

- *You must have*_

• Good experience in using and developing Web Automation frameworks.
• Excellent handson coding in JavaScript.
• Detailed understanding of objectoriented development, debugging with crisp understanding of development process using Git and code reviews.
• Excellent handson development using Selenium.
• Troubleshooting through logs and stack trace.
• Good knowledge of API testing, REST and microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing and writing Test cases.
• Experience in defining Metrics for measuring Quality, determining effectiveness and efficiency of tests, and overall product quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Player attitude with willingness to lead wherever necessary.

- *It will be nice if you have*_

• Knowledge on Webdriver IO.
• Working understanding of Agile methodology.
• Working knowledge with Cypress or Playright.
• Passport to travel on need basis in a suitable environment. Better still if you have a valid US Business Visa.
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner, API automation testing using RestAssured and Postman.
• Exposure to Caches and Event Driven Systems.
