Job Description:

  • Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop Hardware, Printer, Network Printers, and Peripheral Devices, iPad, iPhones, Android.
  • Asset Management tool for each staff
  • Creating Folders on File shares and managing access permissions, assisting users in Outlook email configuration, handling MS-Office related issues.
  • Working on ticketing Tool.
  • Vendor management with DELL, Lenovo etc
  • Provide logistical support for new computers and peripherals
  • Taking user calls for IT support

Competencies:

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Walk customers through problem-solving process
  • Work with Global IT Operations team to find solutions to known and escalated problems
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
  • Preserve and grow of help desk procedures, products, and services
  • Knowledge on O365 and SCCM is appreciated
  • Ready for 18*5 rotational shifts

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent or pursuing the final year
  • IT training and knowledge are also accepted
  • 0-1 year of experience in IT, can be a freelancer with higher experience, should be willing to join as a fresher
