About the Role:

As our DevOps Engineer, you'll be the bridge between development and operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure software delivery. You'll play a crucial role in Sheshi AI's technological advancement. One day you might be setting up a robust CI/CD pipeline that accelerates our release cycles. The next, you could be optimizing our cloud infrastructure or implementing cutting-edge security measures to safeguard our systems.

What you will do:

1. Project Management and Planning:

  • Understand customer requirements and project KPIs.
  • Plan and manage team structure and activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage external interfaces.

2. Infrastructure and Automation:

  • Implement and maintain development, testing, and automation tools.
  • Set up and manage IT infrastructure and CI/CD tools.

3. Process Optimization:

  • Define and enhance development, testing, release, and support processes.
  • Promote continuous integration and deployment improvements.

4. Code Quality and Troubleshooting:

  • Review, verify, and validate software code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve code issues.
  • Foster automated processes and practices.

5. Security and Risk Management:

  • Deploy cybersecurity measures and conduct vulnerability assessments.
  • Manage risks and perform incident analysis.

6. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Communicate effectively within the team and with customers.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance

Who Should Apply ?

  1. Minimum 4 to 6 Years of experience in DevOps Development.
  2. Experience working with Kubernetes Deployment will be a plus.
  3. Woking knowledge of CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins/ArgoCD is a plus.
  4. At least 3 years of experience working with AWS.
  5. Working knowledge of AWS EKS will be a plus.
  6. Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
  7. Excellent understanding of JavaScript/Python/Java
  8. Configuration and managing services such as MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Regis etc
  9. Excellent troubleshooting skills
  10. Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
  11. Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
