Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive NCLEX-RN preparation programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials development.
  • Facilitate interactive online sessions, and review sessions to reinforce key nursing concepts and critical thinking skills.
  • Utilize evidencebased teaching strategies and technologyenhanced learning platforms to enhance trainee engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Stay current with developments in NCLEX-RN examination, including New Generation NCLEX-RN (NGN) exam content.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in acute care or specialty areas.
  • Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination preferred.
  • Previous experience in teaching NCLEX is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice guidelines, and evidencebased nursing care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in computerbased learning platforms and educational software.
  • Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
  • Provide NGN training to nurses according to the latest test pattern.
  • Curate and update NCLEX training material for nurses from the resources provided.
