We are looking for a talented Content Strategist to lead our content initiatives and help scale our intellectual properties (IPs).

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the content strategy for our political projects, developing and scaling new IPs, and ensuring our content resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and production teams to create compelling and innovative content that informs, entertains, and engages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our political projects, including , podcasts, explainer videos, and other IPs.
  • Lead the creation and scaling of new content IPs, from concept to execution.
  • Conduct thorough research on political topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with writers, producers, designers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality content.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content strategy, political media, and digital marketing.
  • Manage content calendars, production schedules, and project timelines.
  • Oversee the distribution of content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role, preferably in the political media space.
  • Strong understanding of political issues, trends, and media landscape.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and content creation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
