Our vision is to reimagine the future of global business banking, and make it the more seamless and magical experience.

We raised ~$22Mn in our seed funding round from Sequoia Capital and prominent angel investors such as Dara Khosrowshahi (CEO, Uber), Tony Xu (CEO, Doordash), Marcelo Claure (ex-CEO, Softbank International) - full list of investors here.

Our founder is Amit Jain - he was an ex-Managing Director at Sequoia Capital in Singapore prior to starting Zamp.

Prior to Sequoia, Amit was Head of Asia Pacific for Uber.

We currently have several hundred customers ranging from next-gen startups to established enterprises. We serve customers from across the globe. Our current customers are from across multiple countries including US, Singapore, UAE, Latin America, SouthEast Asia, Europe.

Our products lines include the following:

Treasury product:

• Ability to invest directly in US Treasuries and other investment grade assets
• In partnership with Bank of New York Mellon, the largest custodian in the world with $47 trillion in assets under custody
• Brokerage account opened directly in the customer's name, with no counterparty risk to Zamp

Banking product:

• Open multicurrency bank account for companies from 100+ countries
• Payouts to 180 countries (Realtime in 90 currencies)
• Issue unlimited cards with customisable limits
• Other business features such as accounting integration and workflows approvals

You are likely to succeed in this role if you bring experiences in.

• Manage and maintain devices and server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration
• Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, and security of our server environment
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security permissions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers, resolving hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project timelines
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes or upgrades
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation, streamlining IT operations and enhancing efficiency
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and support services

What we are actively looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar IT generalist role
• Strong knowledge of server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security permissions
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers
• Solid understanding of hardware and software components, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive enduser experience
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
