Responsibilities :
- Actively engage in hunting new business opportunities within IT, RPO, Admin, Legal, Finance, and Healthcare staffing sectors.
- Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Chief Procurement Officers, Contingent Workforce Category Managers, Diversity Managers, etc.
- Attend contingent workforce industry conferences to network and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Develop compelling presentation decks and case studies to showcase our business capabilities.
- Represent the company by speaking at contingent workforce industry events.
- Effectively manage P&L for MSP accounts.
- Contribute to the development of marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Provide inputs for the creation of marketing collateral.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , etc., to identify and pursue sales leads.
- Oversee onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts.
- Utilize industry-recognized CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales.
Deep understanding of organizational procurement structures such as Chief Procurement Officer, Contingent Workforce Category Manager, Diversity Manager, etc.
Prior experience working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
Experience in completing RFI/RFP's.
