We are currently seeking a SAP Enablenow to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
- the SAP Enable Now platform for training and knowledge transfer

  • You will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, configuring the platform, and providing support to endusers
  • Create interactive elearning modules, simulations, and documentation to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
  • Platform Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP Enable Now platform to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization
  • Set up user roles, permissions, and access levels
  • Define templates and standards for content creation and delivery
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for endusers, administrators, and content creators on the effective use of the SAP Enable Now platform
  • Demonstrate best practices for creating engaging and interactive training materials
  • Provide guidance on utilizing platform features and functionalities
  • Content Creation: Create and maintain content within the SAP Enable Now platform
  • Develop interactive simulations, video tutorials, and documentation that align with organizational processes and workflows
  • Ensure content is up to date and reflects any changes in SAP systems or business processes
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to endusers and address any issues or questions related to the SAP Enable Now platform
  • Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions or workarounds
  • Collaborate with technical teams or SAP support if necessary
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the SAP Enable Now platform
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to training materials or platform configurations to enhance user experience and knowledge transfer
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of training materials, configurations, and support activities related to the SAP Enable Now platform
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness, user feedback, and platform usage metrics
  • Engage with business process owners and system administrators to ensure the SAP Enable Now platform supports the organization's training needs
