Job Summary:


The Digital Marketing Executive (YouTube and WhatsApp Community) is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage the organization's audience on YouTube and WhatsApp.

This role involves content creation, community management, analytics, and collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for YouTube and WhatsApp that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of YouTube and WhatsApp campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging video content for the company's YouTube channel, including tutorials, product reviews, webinars, and promotional videos.
  • Optimize YouTube videos for SEO to increase visibility and reach.
  • Develop and manage content for WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture a strong online community on YouTube and WhatsApp by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions.
  • Encourage usergenerated content and leverage it to enhance community engagement.
  • Organize and manage live sessions, Q&A sessions, and other interactive activities to engage the audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of YouTube and WhatsApp campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Use datadriven insights to optimize content and strategies for better engagement and reach.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative content and promotions.
  • Work with customer support teams to address community queries and feedback promptly.

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on YouTube to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies on WhatsApp to drive traffic and conversions.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Experiment with new content formats and engagement strategies to keep the audience engaged.
  • Continuously explore new features and tools on YouTube and WhatsApp to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:
0-1 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on YouTube and WhatsApp.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of YouTube and WhatsApp platforms, including content creation and community management.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
