Role Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our fintech startup that is focused on financing and services for the solar sector.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions.

The ideal candidate should have impeccable English and Hindi diction, with proficiency in an additional regional language considered a bonus.

Please note that this position is not sales-focused, but rather emphasizes building strong connections and rapport. Quality of connection is the priority and not sales numbers.

This role has a growth track to higher roles and ideal candidates are expected to show appetite for added responsibility.

They will also be responsible for maintaining sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls with our customers - installers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the inbound inquires along as per the internal process.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with prospects.
  • Provide information and answer queries related to our fintech products and services.
  • Ability to interact with solar installers and developers and gain a sense of their business requirements.
  • Provide summary reports and highlight key observations to management
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree – BSc and BTech Background is preferred, exposure/interest in solar and renewable sector is a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perfect command over English and Hindi language skills; proficiency in a regional language is a bonus.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships.
  • Candidates from Mumbai are preferred.
  • Business acumen to identify and provide solutions for business requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office – Advanced skills in excel are preferred.
  • Flexibility on Working from Office and remotely on site/ during meetings.
  • Flexibility to travel within Mumbai, Maharashtra and Tier 1 cities is a bonus
