Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of CIB Data landscape and applications [e.g. CIB Approved Data Provision Point] - Business Data Architecture, Data Flows, Consumption Layer Data Model, Consumers and relevant business use cases
  • Complete ownership of delivery with proper reporting & review mechanisms in place, across :
    • Delivery Planning & Execution, Testing, Release Mgmt, Escalation Mgmt
    • Knowledge guidance and support for team
    • Resource & Contingency Planning for running a predictable, zero surprise delivery.
  • Managerial Effectiveness across all elements of People and Delivery Mgmt
  • Proactive Communication with senior management & stakeholders ensuring deliverables are in line with business strategy / organization vision & goals
  • Mentoring team for better collaboration with partners in Tech/Business initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 16+ Years of Data Management and Data Governance experience across:
    • Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts | Data Modeling
    • Knowledge of SQL | Hadoop / Hive
    • Data Quality | Lineage | Dictionary | Metadata | Reference Data
  • Domain:
    • Preferred - Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Traded products knowledge
    • Minimal requirement - Banking and Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Agile Delivery
  • Hands-On People Manager with:
    • Strong Interpersonal & communication skills
    • Executive presence
  • Educational Qualification: B-Tech/M-Tech/MBA/MCA/Other Post Graduate Programs
