Receptionist and Telecaller

An effective Tele-calling representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with enquires and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business.
You should play receptionist role as well.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact clients from given data to inform them about our service.
- Answer questions about service or the company.
- Ask questions to understand clients' requirements.
- Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed.
- Enter and update clients information in the database.
- Take and process clients accurately.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation.
- Keep records of calls and note important information.
- You should play receptionist role as well.
There is no Targets given to the employee
Qualifications:
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a telecalling representative.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer program and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about services and explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English, Malayalam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Additional language will be a plus
Those who have experienced in the field of Hair transplant clinics will be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
