This role is open to anyone who is based in Coimbatore and ready to work on a remote basis now.

After the pandemic, the work location is Tidel Park, Coimbatore. You will be part of a truly global network by joining Namecheap's teammates across 18 countries. For this role, you will join more than 1700 employees in Ukraine, Portugal, and India.

Who you will work with?You will work with a multidisciplinary team in India, composed of Customer Support Executives and QAs.

You'll interact with our customers, product teams and with other development teams around the world.

What you will do?You will provide technical support to more than 3 million customers all over the world by answering their queries and helping them to understand Namecheap products & services based on their needs and assisting them configure our products.
