JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Python, Selenium, and Pytest to ensure the quality of software products.

Design and implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks to create readable and maintainable test scripts.

Manage and maintain MongoDB and PostgreSQL database environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions for database systems.

Plan and execute database patching, upgrades, and scaling activities.

Monitor database performance, conduct tuning, and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Skills Required:


We are seeking a Senior Database Administrator with 5-8 years of experience in a relevant senior technical role within large organizations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL database systems, including database administration, architecture, backup/restore mechanisms, patching/upgrades, and monitoring.


MongoDB:

  • Expert in MongoDB database administration, architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Skilled in the use of MongoDB Ops Manager for operational management and automation.
  • Proficient in the configuration and management of MongoDB replicaset and sharding setups.
Postgre

SQL:

  • Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration and architecture.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL HA solutions and clustering mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with a variety of PostgreSQL monitoring and management tools.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
