Position Overview :
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

This full-time position involves creating daily social media posts and videos, editing campaign videos, and designing packaging and branding materials.

If you have a passion for design and storytelling, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities :
Create engaging social media posts and videos on a daily basis.
Edit videos for various marketing campaigns.
Design packaging and branding materials to align with our brand aesthetics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content.
Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and convey the intended message.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing work.

Required Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
Expertise in video editing, including cutting, color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

Preferred Skills :
Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.

Work Environment :
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with office-based tasks in New Delhi.
