JOB DESCRIPTION As an HCM (HumanCapital Management) Cloud Conversion Lead your role involvesmanaging and overseeing the conversion process during theimplementation of an HCM Cloud system. Your responsibilitiesinclude coordinating data migration activities ensuring theaccurate transfer of HR and employee data from legacy systems tothe cloud platform. Youll collaborate with project teamsstakeholders and vendors to define conversion strategies map datastructures and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during themigration. Strong leadership project management skills andexpertise in HCM Cloud functionalities are essential for success inthis role. Additionally youll play a key role in training andsupporting endusers postconversion. Should work independently andhave very good communicationskill.
