WHO ARE YOU:

General Accountabilities:


The Associate is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of multiple companies' revenue invoices and related general ledgers, including the preparation of journal entries in accordance with GAAP.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Open Charges for invoicing
  • Identify Overcap charges & followup with respective Delivery Lead / Client Partner on resolution.
  • Confirm that the rates are in line with the rate cards.
  • Confirm that CPI adjustments are considered as per agreed timeline.
  • Review of Customer MSA / SOW on periodic basis
  • Should have knowledge and experience of data analysis.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team in preparation of invoices.
  • Responsible for reconciling accounting records and reporting including, preparation and submission of various required reports including verifying, balancing, and reconciling various kinds of transactions and reports.
  • Analysis and review of accounting transactions
  • Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents.
  • Assists in supporting and maintaining a strong internal control environment within Zinnia, participate in internal control design and documentation related to internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
  • Participates in development of changes to areas of responsibility that would enhance, improve, or facilitate job performance, processing, or workflow.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of accounting systems required.
  • 3+ years' experience in relevant work preferred.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles & theories required.
  • Willingness to participate in improvement projects and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong accounting, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to define problems and make recommendations, which support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask and to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work collaboratively or independently as required.
  • Good in communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
