We are looking for an experienced 'Brand Designer' to the team who is excited about building powerful & thriving brands.


About The Role We are looking for an experienced Brand Designer to help us build our brand awareness and drive user adoption and preference within the category. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. We'll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects with our offerings and our unique story.

This role has two parts:

Part 1:
Owning two in-house brands Parallel and Apperture
Parallel has grown organically all these years with zero marketing, outbound and sales.

And we have still worked with over 50 clients including brands like Meta, Dell, Titan, Co-win, Delhivery, Kotak and more.

We want to now grow the brand further and make it a thought-leader in our unique data-driven design approach.

Over the past year, we have been quietly building Apperture.

It intends to disrupt how creators (PMs, Designers, Marketers) use data to make decisions and make it 10X simpler, powerful and delightful.

It's based on our years of design expertise and experiments on data.

Apperture is now in private beta and has some early clients. We want to build a data product with a magical personality and experience that makes creators take notice.

This would mean creating thought-leadership through a solid marketing strategy, content marketing, visual communication, social media presence and marketing campaigns that generate leads.

Ultimately, you'll help us build Parallel and Apperture's equity amongst users and drive growth.

Part 2:
Lead Exciting Brand & Visual Communication Projects


While Parallel specialises primarily in product design, building a good B2C product needs a healthy mix of right brand/content strategy, appealing visual communication and simple, thoughtful user journeys.


We have a small in-house team of product designer, graphic designers, web developers and content writers on interesting brand and visual communication projects.

In this role you will be expected to lead and manage these projects and own project outcomes.

Specifically, you will

  • Develop and maintain brand identity, including designing logos, typography, color palettes, and other visual assets for our brands and select clients.
  • Manage brand and visual communication projects for select clients
  • Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, packaging, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and website elements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and UX/UI designers, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Help product design teams with visual communication aspects on their projects
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitor designs, and user preferences to inform design decisions and brand strategy.
  • Provide creative input and support for brand strategy discussions, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are developed and maintained, and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of design quality.
  • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Lead a team of graphic/web designers and collaborate closely with Content Writers, SEO specialists, Performance marketing agencies/freelancers

Is this you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and brand projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and brand strategy is preferred.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and digital marketing is a plus.
