Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth.

This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Should create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive brand awareness.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research methodology, link building and technical SEO
Experience working with popular SEO tools: Bright Edge, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl preferred;
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
Measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and drive lead generation.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality content.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and SEO efforts.
Develop and execute content strategies to engage and grow the online community.
Utilize analytics tools to track performance and gain insights for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company and its offerings.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. 4-5 years of marketing experience in the aesthetics industry or a related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the aesthetics industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
