The client is in the Healthcare sector and is looking to hire a Social Media Lead for their team at Bannerghatta Rd., Bangalore.

Note:

Candidate should be capable of brainstorming, filming, and posting Reels.

This role is crucial and we are seeking individuals who have prior experience in this area.

The client is searching for a dynamic and seasoned Social Media Lead to spearhead their company's social media presence and enhance engagement across various platforms. As a part of the marketing team, you will have a vital role in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and target audience.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our presence relevant and impactful.

2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Conceptualize and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and reels, tailored to our target audience.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and animators to create a consistent content calendar.
  • Maintain brand messaging consistency across all social media channels.

3. Community Management and Engagement:

  • Build relationships with online communities by actively monitoring and responding to comments, questions, and mentions professionally.
  • Engage with influencers and industry experts to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Promote user-generated content to strengthen brand loyalty.

4. Reel Creation and Video Content:

  • Create reels and video content that conveys our brand message effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate representation of our services and products.
  • Stay updated on video editing techniques for compelling content.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Analyze data to refine social media strategies and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for aligned efforts across initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in successful social media strategies, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
  • Understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and new platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing for engaging content creation.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy formulation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Creativity and passion for visual storytelling.
