All about the role:

As Senior Associate – Java Developer at Symphony Talent, you will work alongside the product engineering team in providing technical leadership in one or more of our product lines. Reporting to the Tech Manager / Architect, you will play a key role in product design, architecture, implementation, quality, and product releases.

About the role

Your key tasks:

Develop and own the product development/design for a product line(s) Involvement in driving overall Enterprise Architecture Provide a cohesive technology architecture and roadmap Drive product development lifecycle processes and communication plans. Own key product quality, performance metrics, benchmarking and reporting Drive the product development plan and delivery against timelines. Drive arch & design for complex components

Desired Skills

At least 5 years hands-on experience in Java/J2EE frameworks Hands-on experience with various Core Java technologies and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, MVC frameworks, Java EE stack, concurrency, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST) Knowledge of RDBMS SQL Knowledge of JSON & XML based frameworks Understand and able to articulate good architectural design and principles High levels of initiative and strong capability of multitasking and working independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to have – No SQL Data stores: MongoDB, Spark ML Good to have – Frontend UI: AngularJs, Qualifications Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant fields. 5+ years of experience in a role of a senior developer in technology and product development teams. Experience of working in a global distributed development model. Track record of delivering high performance products. Prod / Dev Company background Prior experience maintaining accountability for software quality control and metrics reporting Prior experience in full life cycle software development projects (requirements to deployment)
