Job Description

Head the Identity & Access MGMT Team and act as SPOC for Authentication & Authorisation Tower, including communications and coordination across different teams. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tower Head will play a central role in safeguarding digital assets, focusing on the design, implementation, and oversight of advanced IAM solutions. Work with various Business Stakeholders and IT teams and define technical requirements for Identity Management (IDM) and Access Governance and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented, throughout the organisation. Responsible to Develop & Implement Identity Manager functionality to fulfil business requirements also Specify guidelines and processes for integration, administration and maintenance of Identity Management tools. The IAM Architect will be responsible for compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of authentication and access controls across multiple environments. This role will work across both on-prem and cloud environments, and is responsible for the identification, tracking, and management of enterprise risks in these environments as it pertains to identity and access. Heads the Privilege Identity & Access management implementation project across the organisation. Tower Head is responsible to lead the development and implementation of robust and secure IAM solutions, focusing on SSO and MFA authentication, ensuring smooth integration with existing and future applications. Collaborate with various business units to improve IAM policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and comprehensive approach to access management across the organisation. Assist functional manager in performing day to day security activities/operations by working independently; handling larger projects or assignments Lead the identification, tracking, and management of enterprise risks associated with access and identity, especially in cloud environments. Implement mitigation strategies and measure their effectiveness. Conduct routine internal audits of cloud environments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices, with a focus on identity and access controls. Implement and maintain a broad range of IAM security technologies and processes to support the organisation's cloud-based applications, services, and infrastructure. Understand how to work with managed security services for the top cloud providers. Provide expertise and support to business teams regarding best practices for cloud IAM security, including assistance with cloud audits in-terms of Authentication and Authorisation. Head & Leads the Team of Endpoint Security (XDR, EDR, MDR, DLP) & Endpoint Encryption Head & Leads the Team of Mobile Device Management (MDM), and drive the project of API Integration Drive the project of FDE (Full Disk Encryption), Email Security, PKI implementation. Serves as a Level 5 escalation point for technical issues around security tooling for CFC-Team.

The Successful Applicant

Full-Time BE/ and AICTE approved course from NAAC affiliated collage is a must. 10+ yrs. of relevant Hands-On-Experience on IAM, PIM, PAM (Mostly CyberArk & Beyond Trust) 10+ yrs. of relevant Endpoint Security (XDR, EDR, MDR, DLP) & Endpoint Encryption etc, mostly CrowdStike Falcon, Palo-Alto Cortex XDR, SentinelOne, Forcepoint DLP Min 8+ yrs. Hands-On-Experience on FDE, & Barracuda Email Security Gateway & Email Encryption 10+ yrs. of relevant Team Management, Capability Building, Stake-Holders Mgmt., Vendor Risk Mgmt., Process Improvement & Implementation experience is a must. 10+ yrs. of Service Improvement with the help of CIP is a must and act as "Cyber Thought Leader".
