Who are we looking for:
UI/UX DESIGNER

Location:
Ahmedabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users.
  • Develop and refine user personas and map user journeys to ensure a usercentric approach in all design aspects.
  • Design UI elements using Figma, ensuring highquality visuals and user interactions.
  • Create and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
  • Develop and design dashboards using data visualization tools such as Microsoft BI and Tableau.
  • Utilize nocode tools like Framer and Webflow to prototype and iterate on design solutions rapidly.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Continuously update and refine UI as user needs evolve and feedback is gathered.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Microsoft BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of nocode platforms such as Framer and Webflow.
  • Experience in designing mobile and web application interfaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
