Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professional in delivering a highly effective administration and compliance solutions for their employer sponsored retirement plan.

Requirements

What our Talent Management and Events Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Maintain overall recruitment strategy with continual process improvement.
  • Full-cycle talent management and sourcing.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and various talent acquisition channels.
  • Team member onboarding.
  • Lead event planning to support employee development and experience company wide.

  • Ability to manage office functions efficiently, organize work, establish priorities, and maintain good interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to effectively report data, analyze facts, and exercise sound business judgment when making recommendations.
  • Possess outstanding communication and computer/software skills; demonstrate trustworthiness, adaptability, and responsiveness.
  • Team player and great positive attitude is a must.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders.

Must Haves:

  • Residence in Northeast Ohio.
  • Proven experience with talent acquisition and recruiting.
  • High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree in related field, preferred.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and listening skills.
  • Proficient computer / software skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated.
    Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
