What We're looking for :-

Deep hands-on expertise with Atlassian products : Jira Data Center & Cloud, Confluence Data Center & Cloud, Jira Service Management and Trello Installation, configuration, system administration, and migration of Atlassian software Trello enterprise administration, workspace & Board administration. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Atlassian REST API, JQL (Jira Query Language), Script Runner, Power Scripts, Groovy and Python Demonstrated ability to develop & implement the workflow, post functions, triggers, automated scripts, Jira project roles, issue types, components, release-based configuration, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes. Knowledge and usage of common plugins and apps like Structure, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Xray, and TM4J. Proven hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, Git/GitHub, Nexus/JFrog, etc Experience with configuration management and deployment automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Terraform, etc Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) Knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Scala, .NET, C#, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc) Understanding of static code analysis tools such as SonarQube and knowledge with DevSecOps tools. Experience in integration of Atlassian tools with other Atlassian Tools like Bitbucket, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, CICD Tools like Bamboo and Jenkins, SCM tool like GitHub, Servicing Portal like Salesforce etc. Very good understanding of effective usage and best practices related to project templates, issue type hierarchies, boards, dashboards, and gadgets.

What You'll do on a Typical Day :-

Ability to gather requirements, propose potential solutions, analyze the impact, communicate with stakeholders, and implement toolset solutions. Exceptional engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, with experience collaborating with stakeholders at every level; Ability to present complex topics to mixed audiences Ability to problem-solve innovatively and creatively, work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning Team player and strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's in information systems, Computer Science, or related experience 5+ years of deep hands-on experience and expert knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Trello 3+ years hands on experience with Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, GitHub & Artifacts repository Nexus/JFrog 2+ years hands on experience with Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Ansible 3+ years in a consulting or client delivery role, and experience managing software tool implementations. 2+ years with web integration using Rest APIs scripting with a language like Groovy or Python Strong familiarity with the principles of Agile, DevOps, and Agile at Scale methodologies (SAFe, etc.)
