Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Support/Engineer with expertise in MySQL to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, availability, and performance of our database systems

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive support and monitoring of MySQL database systems.
  • Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and resolve databaserelated issues, collaborating closely with developers.
  • To retrieve reports daily, weekly, or monthly based on the clients' requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of database incidents, and resolutions for reference and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical issues and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • 13 years of professional working experience on MySQL, should be well versed with DML, DDL and DCL commands.
  • Working knowledge of relational database concepts and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
