Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Zocket, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram etc.).
  • Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to gather insights for content creation.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers
  • Identify and understand how to create a strong social media game considering competitors in the same space

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Top Notch Communication and Saas to work with a SaaS firm
  • Your thinking starts where people end theirs , keeping it funky
  • Experience in using Canva or others similar tools is a bonus (Basic stuff is good)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Bonus if you have a strong follower count on & Instagram
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
