Preventive Maintenance Execution:

Prepare schedules and ensure all preventive maintenance activities are executed as per the planned schedule, tracking progress to prevent equipment failures.


  • Breakdown Resolution and

CAPA:

Investigate equipment breakdowns promptly, prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to prevent future occurrences, and focus on reducing breakdown frequency.


Electricity Consumption Management:
Monitor daily electricity consumption, ensure adherence to the budget, and strategize and implement plans to reduce electricity usage.

Vendor Management:

Manage existing vendors and develop new ones for spares and repairs, focusing on reducing the costs of repairs and maintenance.


Spares Inventory Management:
Keep track of spares inventory, ensuring that critical components are always available to prevent operational disruptions.

Register Verification:

Verify all maintenance registers maintained by the facility daily online and conduct a physical verification of all registers weekly.


Record Keeping:
File and maintain records of all breakdowns, repairs, maintenance activities, bills, job cards, and other relevant documentation.

Vendor Communication and Payments:
Effectively manage vendors by ensuring timely communication, raising concerns, coordinating approvals for POs, and ensuring timely payments.

Critical Control Point Tracking:

Keep intensive track of critical control points such as temperature and electricity consumption, raising alarms whenever a metric deviates from acceptable levels to maintain operational integrity.


Worker Efficiency:

Ensure optimal utilization of workers by allocating tasks according to individual strengths and monitoring their performance to achieve high productivity.


Training and Development:

Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge about effectively using the equipment to improve lifespan and reduce breakdowns.


Professionalism and Work Atmosphere:
Maintain high standards of professionalism and develop a positive working atmosphere among operational workers.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations within the company premises by conducting regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.


Reporting and Communication:

Provide regular updates and reports to management on maintenance activities, equipment status, and any issues or concerns that need attention.


Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and implement emergency response plans for equipment failures and other critical incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Equipment Lifespan Optimization:
Develop strategies to extend the lifespan of equipment through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

Budget Management:
Monitor and manage the maintenance and electricity budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

MIS & Review:

Prepare and share MIS to management, conduct periodic review with the team to ensure implementation of PMS, Breakdown resolution and other issue resolution.


Technology Integration:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in maintenance technology and practices, integrating relevant innovations to improve maintenance operations.
