Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Co-founder / COO to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, particularly in dealing with NRI's and HNI's clients.

This role involves bringing in new clients, building strong relationships with channel partners, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain international clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Understand and navigate the Indian real estate market to identify growth opportunities.
  • Take on multiple roles and responsibilities as needed, especially in the startup phase.
  • Manage travel and logistics to meet with clients and partners as required.
  • Utilize social media platforms to attract NRIs and HNIs interested in real estate investments.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the company's processes align with our business Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the real estate or property management industry, with a focus on NRI's and HNI's.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media management to engage potential clients and investors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling social media accounts to engage and attract NRIs and HNIs.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role within the real estate sector.
