Job SummaryAs a Research Analyst at OPEN Health, you are an essential contributor to our team, working across various projects with responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs.

You will support project leads in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, international organizationEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuilding and adapting economic models using a variety of methodologies to support the reimbursement of new health interventionsConducting data analysis to visualize, describe and model relationships


time to event analysisDrafting specific sections of project deliverables or other assignments including protocols, technical reports, analysis decks, and country/local dossiers suitable for payer/HTA submissionSupporting the development of compelling slide decks to communicate key messages and findingsCreating and managing reference/citation databases using various software packagesSupporting with proposal development to address client needsExperience, Skills, and QualificationsMaster's Degree in any relevant Science, Engineering, Epidemiology, Public Health, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Pharmacy/Medical field highly preferredUnderstanding of design and implementation of cost-effectiveness, budget impact analyses, meta-analysis, or other mathematical modelling preferredAbility to forge and effectively manage relationships within OPEN Health and with external stakeholdersSolid analytical and statistical understanding with a keen attention to detailSolid communication ability both verbally and in writingProactive, responsive and able to balance shifting priorities and ensuring that promises are kept and expectations are exceededAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteTravel RequirementsRole based in Bengaluru, India (preferred).

Can be remote/hybrid after an initial period in the officeInternational and domestic as required for team and client meetings/conferences as required by business needs
