  • Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Having a keen experience in O&M of Various capacity HSC pumps, Vertical Turbine Pumps, compressors, Blowers, Different type of valves, pipeline networks etc.,
  • Familiar with safety standards & Sop's
  • Ensure Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policy is adequately implemented
  • Having handson experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
  • Should have ability to train and build a strong reliability team
  • Should have good negotiations skills
  • Should have strong orientation towards continual improvement
  • Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
  • Thorough Knowledge in performance analysis of mechanical equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
  • Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
  • Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
  • Root cause analysis for the failures if any.
  • Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
