Job Profile:
Showroom & E-commerce Executive

Position Overview:

The Showroom & E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a company's showroom and e-commerce platform.

This role requires a combination of customer service, sales, and digital marketing skills.

The executive will work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless functioning of both the physical showroom and the online store.

The goal is to enhance customer experience, boost sales, and promote the brand's products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing them with product information and guidance as needed. Maintain a neat and organized showroom display to showcase products effectively. Handle product inquiries, provide pricing details, and close sales deals efficiently. Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to replenish stock as required.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging displays and promotional materials to attract customers to the showroom. Ensure the showroom adheres to the brand's visual merchandising standards.

Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through both showroom and e-commerce channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations in a courteous and timely manner. Offer product recommendations and upsell opportunities to maximize sales potential.

Sales and Conversion:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the buying process.
Implement sales techniques to increase conversion rates in both the showroom and e-commerce platform.
Identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities to generate repeat business.

Inventory Management:
Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels in both the showroom and online store.
Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or fast-moving products to optimize inventory turnover.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions for product assortment and marketing strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in showroom management, sales, and ecommerce operations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetic sense for creating appealing displays.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
