Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Teaches the customer centered innovation process
  • Maintains the cadence to meet the 100 day development timeline
  • Mentor's teams to deliver proof of concept technology and the final business case
  • Reports on the health of the incubator's technical team development
  • Marketing and communicating opportunities on internal platform and the innovation community of practice
  • Manage hackathons and refinement of ideas based on best practices for pitching to the product committee
  • Customer centered design experience to define new business opportunities
  • Previous experience with agile development or startup experience.
  • Experience with product delivery management in building systems or consumer electronics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree with 68 years of experience
