Role Mission:

As a Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will take charge of engaging in technical discussions with customers from start to finish. Your responsibility is to ensure the delivery of the best architecture and solutions on behalf of Getronics. You will craft cutting-edge technology presentations and solutions in the realm of Cloud services.

  • Translate customer business needs into technical solutions
  • Design and oversee solutions comprehensively throughout the pre-sales process
  • Provide support to the various sales units at Getronics
  • Create necessary documentation, collaborate with teams, and contribute to case studies
  • Report to the Cloud Offerings Manager/Head of Cloud Solutions

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Offer proactive support to sales divisions in designing solutions for customer requirements
  • Understand customer objectives and translate them into technical solutions
  • Own the solution design and support sales units throughout the process
  • Engage in deal negotiation until finalization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver complex solutions
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with customer conditions
  • Document final solution designs in authoritative statements of work

Required Technical Skills and Experience

  • At least 12 years' experience in sales support with a focus on Cloud and Infrastructure solutions
  • Demonstrated success in designing customer solutions in Cloud and Infrastructure domains
  • Solid knowledge in various ICT areas such as VmWare, Azure, and AWS
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and account management
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively
  • Experience in international teamwork
  • Exposure to latest technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI-CD ecosystem, etc.
  • Familiarity with Application and Enterprise Architecture
