Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highquality teaching in the specified areas (General Management, HR, QT, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, Finance) for
    MBA students.
  • Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum.
  • Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputable journals.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic and careerrelated matters.
  • Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and community service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Ph.
D. in a relevant field from a recognized university is preferred.

  • Candidates with a Master's degree (MBA/M.Com/M.Sc. in relevant disciplines) with a strong academic record and relevant teaching or industry experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the postgraduate level.
  • A record of published research in reputable journals.
  • Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior teaching experience in higher education, particularly in an
    MBA program.
  • Experience in guiding student projects and dissertations.
  • Industry experience or engagement with professional bodies is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure research funding.
