Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, acquire new customers, and boost revenue. You will work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling content, manage our online presence, and optimize marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Growth Strategy: Support in devising and executing comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to meet company goals.
  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads): Oversee and enhance Google Ads campaigns to increase ROI and attract relevant traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and run email marketing campaigns such as newsletters and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Content Writing: Create high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Use HubSpot CMS to automate marketing workflows and guide leads through the sales process.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter) to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  • Networking: Oversee personal and company pages to expand professional connections and generate leads.
  • Lead Generation: Execute outbound email campaigns, data mining, and other lead generation strategies to grow our customer base.
  • Graphic Design: Produce visually appealing UI/UX designs, banners, social media posts, and marketing/sales materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, HubSpot CMS, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
