Job Title:
Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making and positioning.


Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.


Collaborate with Teams:

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing and growth strategies are tightly aligned with product development, user experience, and overall business objectives.


Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.

Event Management:
Organize and manage webinars, workshops, and trade shows to promote the company's brand and products.

Partnership Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant businesses and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets within budgetary constraints.


Brand Advocacy:

Cultivate strong relationships with brand advocates and ambassadors among users, influencers, and partners to amplify brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and establish brand loyalty.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
