Position Overview - Senior Frontend Front-End Developer is responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages of the Agiloft application, among other duties. The Frontend developer works in teams alongside Backend Developers and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of the user interface creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Senior Front-End Developer is technically proficient and has a keen eye for design and UI/UX.

The Senior Front-End Developer translates customer needs and user expectations into interactive web apps, has demonstrated experience with the optimization of web applications in terms of technology and in delivering the best user experience.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable frontend code.
  • Build crossbrowser solutions optimized for a wide range of devices.
  • Identify UI problems and bugs and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic technical decisions related to new products and functionalities.
  • Help maintain code quality.
  • Onboard and mentor new team members
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Working knowledge of software development technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficient in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in secure frontend application design.
  • Experience with source control systems and version control.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written in English language.
  • Experience with working in a globally distributed team in a remoteonly environment.
Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in or REACT.
  • Hands on experience working with FAST.
  • Good knowledge of STRUTS 2.
  • Excellent knowledge of key graphical user interface design principles.
