Job description

Company is looking to hire a Social Media Delivery Lead. If you are someone who has been in a similar role, read on

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing social media strategies,

and overseeing the execution of these strategies across various digital channels. This role

requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of

digital marketing trends and tools.

CTC:
25 L to 28 L

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients,

understanding their business needs and objectives.

Strategy Development:
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align

with client goals and deliver measurable results.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of account managers and marketing

specialists, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.

Project Oversight:
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are

delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.

Data Analysis:
Regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and

opportunities for optimization.

Innovation:
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends to

provide innovative solutions to clients.

Financial Management:
Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring profitability and

efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record
in a leadership role.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content
Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint).
