Job Description:

HPE Operations is our forward-thinking IT services division. We provide expert advice, integration, and acceleration for our customers' digital transformations. Join us to redefine what's next in the fast-paced world of hybrid IT.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and resolving support issues for a global customer base, specializing in NonStop systems technologies and solutions
  • Addressing service, product, technical, and customer relations queries
  • Developing strategies to enhance customer environments performance
  • Conducting root cause analysis and generating post-incident reports
  • Applying expertise to solve complex technical issues
  • Assisting businesses and end users proactively to prevent problems

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of customer support experience, preferably with HPE NonStop system technology or Linux/UNIX knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and preferably a second European language

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Professional and courteous customer interaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and remote support experience
  • Expertise in HPE NonStop platform

Additional Skills:

Cloud Architectures, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, Development Fundamentals, DevOps, Distributed Computing, Microservices Fluency, Full Stack Development, Security-First Mindset, User Experience (UX)
