Amp Energy India is in search of a specialist in Land Acquisition for Solar, Wind, and Hybrid projects across several states.

  • Responsible for land registration, identification, due diligence, clearances, and approvals in Chhattisgarh, Orissa, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Assam.
  • Manage land-related liaison, closures, registrations, contouring, commercials, and ownership inspections.
  • Handle Government Agencies, Land Aggregators, Arbitration, and land-related litigation.

Ideal Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in land acquisition and related matters.
- Graduate in law or equivalent.
- Proficient in commercial terms, payment processes, legal verifications, and due diligence in land affairs.
- Background in Solar/Renewable sector with expertise in Land Regulations.
- Good understanding of Indian anti-bribery laws and the FCPA Act of USA.
- Familiarity with the Power and Renewable sector, particularly Solar.
