Who are we looking for:

Events & Promotions Intern:

General Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Events Intern. The Events Intern will assist in the planning and execution of various startup & college events.

Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including researching venues, coordinating with vendors, and managing budgets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing and promotional strategies
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics for events, such as guest registration, transportation, and accommodations
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment and materials
  • Assist in the management of event registration and ticketing
  • Assist in the coordination and management of onsite event staff
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters's degree in marketing or a relevant field
  • 02 years of experience in Communication

Required Skills:

- strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment

Required Skills/Experience/Characteristics:

  • Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in an easytounderstand manner
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets highquality projects done quickly.
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Drive (Docs), Internet Browsing, Social Networks, Webbased tools, etc...
  • Strong research and brainstorming skills are required to produce highly creative and unique content
  • Must have a natural flair for writing & be able to deliver content that perfectly works for the Web
  • Write exceptional content, original, grammaticalerrorfree, technically/conceptually authentic
  • A strong presence on social media and Experience with social media properties
  • Baselevel understanding of search engine optimization and keyword usage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Key Competencies:

  • Good written and oral communication proficiency in English
  • Should be conversant in your regional language and Hindi would be added advantage

Interview process:

We don't have a complicated multi-level process like corporates. But we do have 2-3 rounds to filter good talent. 1-2 rounds of online interviews, and one round of In-person interviews. Also, there will be a small writing exercise/assignment component as part of the interview process.

As it's not a walk-in please do not visit our office location until you get selected through the Interview Process.
