What you will do:

  • Responsible for day to day operational performance
  • To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.
  • Planning for and ensuring team members' competence enhancement
  • Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Maintenance & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network
  • To be able to interface with Interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc
  • To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.
  • Fulfillment of Balanced Scorecard / OPM parameters
  • SLA reporting for Ticket. (Response & resolution)
  • Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process
  • Publishing KPI & Required reports to the MSIP & customers along with other related teams
  • Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit

Authority

  • To plan & perform all the shift operational activities.
  • To support and implement MSTOP processes.
  • To Approve and review leave of people in his/her team.
  • Authorized to report security breach incidences.
  • Authorized for sanctioning shift allowances of his/her team members.
  • To suggest for corrective and preventive actions of security threats.
  • To act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hours
  • Formulate the training requirements for the TXN team.

The skills you bring:

  • At least 9 years' experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network
  • Technical Knowledge of Microwave Equipments & Remedy Tool.
  • Technical and/or functional skills: GSM & CDMA Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation & integration of processes. People Management, Interpersonal skills, Customer Relationship Management
  • Leadership skills: People Management, Leader attributes
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Written & Spoken English & Hindi
  • Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values, Honesty, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Ability to handle pressure & work in a tough environment
