Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Work as a Functional verification engineer, focusing on server processors/SOC or ASICs.
  • Lead the development of verification environment, testbenches, and testcases creation.
  • Enhance skills in Functional verification tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with design and key stakeholders to resolve logic design issues and ensure high-quality design delivery.
  • Cooperate with the development team to meet coverage criteria.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Over 9 years of experience in Functional Verification of processors or ASICs.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Computer architecture knowledge, Processor core design specifications, instruction set architecture, and logic verification.
  • Proficiency in core architecture/micro-architecture verification and Memory subsystem verification.
  • Experience in IO subsystems such as PCIE/CXL, DDR, Flash, Ethernet, etc.
  • Familiarity with Gate level simulation and emulation.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, clock domain crossing, and reset domain crossing verification.
  • Knowledge of UVM/OVM/System Verilog/SystemC for functional verification methodology.
  • Expertise in HDLs (Verilog, VHDL) and object-oriented programming (C/C++), Python, Perl.
  • Developed test plans and strategies for IP/unit/block level verification.
  • Strong skills in working on multiple levels of verification and development in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience in GIT repositories, Continuous Integration, and DevOps workflow.
  • Proficient in developing testbench environments, creating complex test scenarios, and resolving failures.
  • Ability to drive verification coverage closure.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Expertise in stress testing, identifying corner case scenarios, and high-speed SERDES and PHY Verification.
  • Thorough understanding of computer system architecture and microarchitecture.
  • Knowledge in IP Integration and SoC level verification.
