Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a case work team and case management cycle —working with trafficked
survivors. Collective Administration and Management of the Aftercare Bangalore

Team

  • Implementation of Aftercare Programs in the shelter home.
  • Building relationships with the child welfare committee, Directorate of women and
child department and other stakeholders in the state ministry of women and child

department.

  • Establishing relationships with the anti human trafficking ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Taking lead in the raid and rescue operations and handling the entire process of post
rescue operations.

  • Creating connections and providing survivors with opportunities/platforms to
represent.

  • Increasing the Aftercare programs strength and size through stakeholder convergence
meetings and partnerships.

  • Making the Aftercare Team Bangalore a credible unit by conducting capacity building
workshops.

  • Handling the Team documentation and Communication.

Programs:

  • Manages and monitor the daytoday activities of the special Projects in the shelter
  • Manages and Monitor the Progress of all the Projects
  • Manages and monitor the budget of all the Projects
  • Evaluation and Documentation of the Project activities
  • Make sure the service delivery of every Project meets the desired standard
  • Acts as Liaison between internal and external stakeholders for the implementation of Programs
in the shelter home

  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Develop and Curate Programs for the aftercare discipline
  • Monitor the case documentation and recordings

Management:

  • Being key player in the Multidisciplinary Unit
  • Representing the discipline in all the operations related meeting
  • Facilitating trainings for the internal staff
  • Attending all the external meetings in the Anti Human Trafficking ecosystem
  • Ready to work in cross functional tasks and assignments
  • Ownership, proactive approach and cooperative to the internal team

Functional details:

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Educational qualification in
    MSW/Masters in Sociology/ Master in Social Sciences and
Similar discipline from reputed colleges

  • 7+ years of experience working closely with women and children
  • Desired Skills in Child Protection and Child Rights issues
  • Handson experience with Individual care plan for each victim and report making
  • Positive attitude and good team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal )
  • Exceptional skills in team management, time management, facilitation, and
organization

  • Experience in managing stakeholders
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Critical thinking Approach
  • Excellent in the presentation skills
