Technical Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical needs, challenges, and buying preferences to present tailored solutions.
- Educate customers about our Digital Factory solution/services, features, benefits, and value proposition to drive sales.
- Provide technical sales support through product demonstrations and solution recommendations.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain records of all activities, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial software solutions.
- Prior experience in Automotive industry is a plus.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and industry events.
