Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical needs, challenges, and buying preferences to present tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers about our Digital Factory solution/services, features, benefits, and value proposition to drive sales.
  • Provide technical sales support through product demonstrations and solution recommendations.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain records of all activities, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial software solutions.
  • Prior experience in Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and industry events.
