We are currently seeking a skilled Kitchen Gardening Instructor to join our team and guide individuals in cultivating their own sustainable, edible gardens.


Position Overview:


As a Kitchen Gardening Instructor, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering engaging courses, workshops, and training sessions focused on cultivating herbs, vegetables, and edible plants for home use.

Strong communication skills in English are crucial, as you will interact with diverse audiences, tailoring your teaching approach to inspire enthusiasm and understanding.


Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Develop comprehensive and enjoyable kitchen gardening courses suitable for various skill levels. Create lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on activities to enhance participants' learning experiences.

Live Instruction:
Conduct live virtual kitchen gardening sessions, providing clear step-by-step guidance. Encourage interactive discussions, sharing tips, and fostering a sense of community among participants.

Practical Demonstrations:
Showcase practical kitchen gardening techniques, including planting, maintaining, and harvesting. Demonstrate the use of gardening tools suitable for home use, emphasizing simplicity and accessibility.

Personalized Guidance:
Provide personalized advice and support based on participants' kitchen gardening projects. Offer insights on space optimization, container gardening, and sustainable practices for small-scale cultivation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field. Proven experience as a Kitchen Gardening Instructor or in a similar role.

Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

Teaching or training certification is a plus.

Individuals with a home garden, regardless of type, will be preferred.
