Online Salesforce Marketing Course Trainer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable online trainer to lead a comprehensive Salesforce Marketing course for our participants.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-depth instruction on various aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including its features, tools, administration, and best practices.

The goal is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance marketing strategies and operations in their organizations.


Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

  • Develop a detailed course outline covering all relevant topics in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
  • Introduction to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its architecture
  • Email Studio and email marketing best practices
  • Social Studio and social media management
  • Mobile Studio and SMS campaigns
  • Journey Builder for customer journey mapping
  • Advertising Studio for ad campaigns
  • Audience Builder for segmentation and targeting
  • Data management and integrations
  • Analytics and reporting

Instructional Design:

  • Design engaging and interactive instructional materials, such as presentations, demonstrations, handson exercises, case studies, and assessments, to facilitate effective learning and skill development.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct live online training sessions using virtual classroom platforms, ensuring active participation, engagement, and interaction among participants.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding.

Participant Support:

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to participants, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud usage, customization, and administration.
  • Offer feedback on assignments and practical exercises to help participants improve their skills.

Real-World Applications:

  • Demonstrate practical scenarios and examples to illustrate the application of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in realworld business environments across various industries.

Assessment and Feedback:

  • Assess participants' progress through quizzes, assignments, practical exercises, and simulations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help participants enhance their understanding and proficiency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest developments, updates, and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Incorporate relevant updates into the course curriculum as needed to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in using, configuring, and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and development, including SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze business requirements, and propose effective solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Training and Education:

  • Experience in designing and delivering online training courses or workshops, using virtual classroom platforms, web conferencing tools, and interactive learning technologies.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred but not mandatory.

Flexibility:

  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedules, as some participants may be located in different regions.
